Last date the resource was made available (date of publication, or of the most recent update/modified version), from the curated Last Publication Date. ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD). Absence is meaningful: a blank value denotes a regularly/automatically-updated resource, and MIDAS never defaults it.
