Populated from the collection's creator field when the educational resource is a course with delivery modes; for non-course educational resources that field maps to schema:creator instead. Range is Person per schema.org; MIDAS cannot guarantee the party is a person, so an organization named as instructor still emits as a Person node. No MCC fallback (unlike creator): absent when no instructor is recorded.
