Reference to a web resource by its IRI — a landing page, access URL, or endpoint (dcat:accessURL / dcat:landingPage range over rdfs:Resource). Same identifier-only, inlined:false pattern and rationale as MediaType: a plain IRI string for JSON consumers, an @id resource node for RDF/DCAT consumers.
